Well to be fair I think this is the third or fourth plagiarism situation at Bungie. It seems to be a thing with them.

You're absolutely right and occasionally things happen without peoples knowledge. However Bungie has gotten caught repeatedly plagiarizing art so at some point your benefit of the doubt just becomes a free pass for bad actors.

Not about Marathon, but one thing you learn real fast while teaching is that nobody has ever plagiarized once.

It's a pattern of behavior, and they get caught because they get comfortable doing it and keep getting away with it. Right up until they don't.
