Because I’m a voting rights nerd, I’ve been watching this 8th Circuit case closely and if SCOTUS would allow them to essentially gut what’s left of the Voting Rights Act. Today’s stay by the High Court keeps hope alive that there is a line even this SCOTUS majority hesitates to cross.
