but the administration is using 'war' in the Caribbean as a cover for all sorts of actions; should we sanction that strategy? when murder is the more severe crime?

I agree both are liable for the killings; I'm still working on the 'war' part. Isn't this straight up murder? there is no war in the Caribbean, no imminent threat to the US.

I haven't seen any reference to the term in so many words but isn't every failure to pay an obligation by the federal government a default?
