Moo Brew-“Pilsner” 🇦🇺 #1001Beers No.781 (all editions) 26 Jul 2024. A sweet-ish pils, made for hot weather, a bit like Thailand’s Chang. The book says that it’s honeyed. Taste: yellow fruit, with a pale biscuit malt (like a "NICE" biscuit) at end.

Van Pur-"Strzelec Jasne Pełne" 🇵🇱  #1001Beers No.776 (all editions) 5 Jul 2024.  👃: crackers, a little butter, 'black pudding' sausage. 👅: frankfurter / slightly porky light malt.  Quite a bitter, slightly herby finish (not unlike UK-brewed "Stella Artois").

Yo-Ho-"Tokyo Black Porter" 🇯🇵 #1001Beers No.773 (all editions) Jun 2024. A chocolate-licorice kinda Porter. 👃: cacao nibs, filter ☕️, charred tofu+veg stir fry, (sweet) malt extract. 👅: Coke Zero, Sarsparilla. Ends like licorice with Maribou choc sweets.
