Here’s my post for #100daysofhope. I’ve loved Hildegard Von Bingen since she appeared in my little book of women saints that I received for my Holy Communion. I think I initially just thought she had an ace name! 😂

Woodlands and forests give me hope. They remind me of childhood and the mythology and lore that I was reading that took place in places like Sherwood Forest, Windsor Park and the woodlands of fantasy lands like Narnia.

For me this land symbolises hope - it is scattered with the remains of ancient monuments, a reminder of our ancestors still surviving in the present.⬇️
