Sometimes its the smallest of things. When I uncover, or catch a fleeting flash, of the ‘hidden’ section of hair I dye an utterly not sedate colour makes me smile! It starts more violet then fades through a deep cherry to a dark red.

Skipped a few again 🤦🏻‍♀️ Lots of little things making me happy, just that I haven’t taken many pictures and with all the existential dread of living in ‘interesting times’…well, things are a bit weird aren’t they. Here’s a very happy pic from the last 7-days, sadly not the million.

Missed a few days of posting again, happiness has ensued just no pics and energy being very low (the joys of ME).
Today I took my lovely Kara for a stroll round the lanes, re-starting her training journey…yet again!
She was a very good girl.

They’re alive!! Not all the hedgerow shrubs i planted last year survived last summer but a good proportion have made it through. I am rather invested in their progress and all this new growth makes me happy!

Tried to get a beautiful pic of the BIG moon between Kara’s ears…neither the camera or Kara were cooperating. Lots to be happy about today: not suffering an #ME flare post London theatre trip, Kara’s incision healing beautifully, good client meeting and the sun is shining.
