I guess this is it, the year I am supposed to do a 100 miler event (July) and only did 9 miles of running last month. I suppose I'd better get some training done. First event of the year is 1st Feb (half).

5 runs last month (12 miles), now have to push on through cold weather, strong winds, darkness and rain to do better. Have 10 months until my 100 miler and my longest run is 4 miles in the last few months. I am such an idiot :D

Dat was weer een mooie #devilstrail #rijkvannijmegen. Zware beentjes van de #100miler drie weken geleden maar prachtig weer, prachtig licht, prachtig bos. Wel idioot warm voor de tijd van het jaar.
Dit weekend mijn eerste #backyardultra gedaan. De #devilstrail #100miler in het #doornsegat. Elk uur een rondje van 6,6km en dan het slotrondje wat langer om de 161,1 te halen. Binnen het uur een kruisje zetten en succes ermee. Laatste rondje afsprinten.
Weekendje rennen #traildsace #100miler Heftige omstandigheden maar schitterende bossen en beken. En vuursalamanders in de 2e nacht.
