January was SAVORY and I wanted to illustrate dragon fruit because I love its flavor and because I managed to eat at least one this summer.

So happy I managed to squeeze this fun January challenge in! am really getting into pickling vegetables these days, recently I picked cranberry and beets. The next one I plan to do are red onions. So illustrating these jars was a no brainer!
