18 rue du Croissant : les soutiens se mobilisent pour favoriser les solutions de relogement Parce qu’une expulsion sans solution de relogement décente c’est contraire à la loi, les soutiens rejoignent les 31 familles et célibataires habitants du 18 rue du croissant à Paris 2ème, menacés d’expulsion sans relogement. L’expulsion peut en effet avoir lieu à tout moment, mettant à la rue sans solutions les familles sans logis qui depuis le 1er janvier 2020 occupent par nécessité cet immeuble vacant appartenant à Primonial-REIM, une grande société immobilière, avec le soutien du DAL.

The court decided to evict the 33 families in #18rueducroissant with 16€/day compensation since 6th of Jan. per household (incl. the DAL for solidarity offence). The #eviction can therefore take place any time tomorrow morning! DAL will be there at 6 am!
