Second session of freaking my players out of with damage. They’re level one, and the dice have not been kind 😌 But I am.
No one is dead (yet) but even if they did, it’s fine death isn’t permanent in this campaign. Usually.

This Thursday for #1995Pod session my players are *checks notes*
- Fealing with a sibling letter and an important spouse conversation
- Having a date with a townie and a surprise letter from home.
- Addressing the changed relationship with his friends/casual
- Really good sleep…and a letter from ???
Working on my #1995Pod lore and fleshing out the politics as I go makes me realize a couple of things I really like playing with in fiction:
- Psychological horror
- Themes revolving around mortality & death
- "Fate worse than death" 10/10
- Grudges transcend time
- Pretty exterior, deadly interior
The issue with having my #1995Pod campaign covering the first 2000 years of the age is that when making the timeline is I got things that are dated 1645 and 1969 and it keeps throwing me a bit.

Got to explain to my players last night how they're impacting my dnd world and share a little changeling lore. How they have communal personas they pass down. And that the friendship they made with this lonely npc are now a core part of her.
