Upturned chair being used as a support for staining 2 bags of muddled apples ready for jelly making.

First recipe from the 25 lbs of apples is underway. Apple and mint jelly. 2 1/4 lbs went into this. Straining now, and I'll pop the liquid in the fridge overnight and make it into the jelly tomorrow.
