Originally I didn’t want to see this because the last movie ended with this really stupid character showing up and it was really jarring. It was also obvious that this character would be part of the next movie. I did end up liking the character a lot in this movie. Definitely got some Clockwork Orange vibes from him and his “gang”. It was no “The Bride”, but it wasn’t terrible. Some pretty gross torture porn towards the beginning, but after that it chills out a bit. It’s a strange movie. No big heroes here and not a ton of zombies. There is some cool music and a great scene involving music.
