#365DaysOfFood I took a break because of Eastetcon and the on-again-off-again apocalypse, but today (day 251) was the first day of harvesting lettuce from the polytunnel, which I had with leftover burrito from the local karaoke bar and halloumi fries.
The egg i just cracked for my omelette was a double-yoker!

Today we're back on the swedes - Morrocan lentil stew with swedes, carrots and honeyboat squash, done in the slow cooker.
For the new followers, #365DaysOfFood is me holding myself accountable and trying to eat something home grown most days. Its not 365 consecutive days, and its not 365 different recipes, but it is me often trying new things, working out if its possible to eat a varied diet....
Speaking of resilient food systema and eating seasonally (yes, its swedes! Again! You wait till courgette season, you kids...)
Actually this was surprisingly delicious. Day 245 of #365DaysOfFood
