「PLATEAU SDK for Unity」という、国土交通省が主導するプロジェクト「PLATEAU」の3D都市モデルをUnityで利用できるアセットを試してみました。
具体的には、2023年の渋谷駅周辺の都市モデルを読み込み、ユニティちゃんを散策させてみました。

航空ゲームで上空から都市全体を眺める用途などに活用できるかもしれません。
