Pacemaker associated TR often isn’t fixed by just taking the lead out (unless it’s done v quickly after the implant) as by the time it’s recognised they have actually developed functional TR

A lead extraction plus fix should be planned

Don’t say “mild-moderate” or “moderate-severe”. If you’re not sure, say it’s “significant” and give a regurgitant volume
