'Lil experiment with 400 Conejos, I'm really enjoying it so far.

This has kumquat syrup, shiso infused gin, blanco mezcal and umeshu. Smoky, sweet and herbal all at the same time. Some good stuff!

No recipe b/c it's a lot of homemade stuff.

The Barbacoa was so good, I had it for breakfast too. Swapped out the blue corn tortillas with an egg.

Cocktail (dinner only) made with limes from the garden, oranges, agave & #400conejos mescal with a poblano ash salted rim. (Learned that in Santa Fe)
