Such a good night last night watching the AK #48hoursNZ finalists. Just a relentlessly joyous and punchy helping of NZ filmmaking energy. Wide variety of stories, massive production values, and so many kinds of films we just don’t see enough of in this country.

Congrats to Giles and Noise & Pictures for taking out this years Wgtn #48hoursnz prize with their film Rubble. Well deserved.
