1. Picking up running after 14 yrs & reaching my running goal #sub30 (from over 47 minutes)
2. Discovering reading audiobooks while exercising & therefore doing more of two things I like
3. Losing sign amount of weight
4. More confidence
5. Health & (mostly) happiness in the family
#5GoodThings2025 1. Daughter enjoying school again. 2. Norwegian Fjords cruise. 3. Discovering I just needed magnesium to fix all my physical & mental symptoms. 4. Leaving a job after 15 years and discovering the feeling of being fully present at home. 5. Finally having a night out with the bestie.
It's been a challenging one but not short of good if you remember to look - good is what you make of it!
