The 2nd Monday of Oct. will always be Indigenous Peoples’ Day. Gov. Lombardo turned his back on Indigenous communities by vetoing #AB144, which would have recognized today as Indigenous Peoples’ Day. We will continue to acknowledge Nevada’s Indigenous communities' history and protect their legacies.
