In Jan '24, ICA ruled on 'overriding authority' regarding Race Directors & the Safety Car; the regs MUST BE FULLY APPLIED (ICA-2023-03).
This contradicts the interpretation used by #AD2021 Stewards to dismiss the post race protest.

On 12/1221 a petition started to overturn the #AD2021 result. 108,7400 people signed.
I contacted the person who started it asking them to support my petition to refer #AD2021 to ICA, hoping they would post an update to the 108k signatories.
They respectfully declined 😞
