At the end of May, an RBC #flume was installed at one of the #AFaktive sites in Belgium. This device will continuously measure surface #runoff for 4 years in this #agroforeetry system. Scientific objective: to assess the impact of agroforestry on water regulation at the plot level.🌳💧🔬
#Biodiversity #monitoring at the #AFaktive project site Hofgut Neumühle installed: pitfall traps for insect biodiversity and #audiomoths for #bats and #birds. 🪲🐦🦇The audiomoths recordings are analysed by an AI software to identify species & number. Stay tuned for the results. #agroforestry 🌳🌱
