First time in a long time I feel supported by managment I can open up and say how I feel. I’ve settled in well and this reinforces being part of a great team. I’ve got a long way to go but having the support makes all the difference

It’s been over 3 months now and settled into the role and getting to understand the ways of private practice. Feedback from patients is always good enjoying the rehab I do and the energy and passion I bring to the team. Long may this continue

This is a good point not just for physios though also the support workforce I didn’t think there was many roles in private practice but there should be a pathway and a support worker is a career in its own right
