I don't get the strategy for #AmericanExpress. I applied and qualified for the #AmExPlatinum card 4 times, but each time they lowballed me on the bonus points w/ 80,000 instead of 175,000. I eventually gave up and applied for #ChaseSapphireReserve and got the max bonus points.

So this is and 1st, I was going in2 the @delta sky lounge, which I used my @americanexpress.bsky.social plat card. They said those on basic/economy aren't allowed in. Even tho I was an #amexplatinum member. Guess that's a -1 for amex platinum as what I thought was a perk.
