JAMA Neurology study on home training for cerebellar ataxias. The study included 33 men and 29 women, with aerobic and balance training interventions. Aerobic cycling showed statistically significant improvements in ataxia symptoms. Graph included.
Home high-intensity aerobic training improved ataxia symptoms, fatigue, and aerobic fitness more effectively than dose-matched home balance training among individuals with cerebellar ataxias.
