ANC 1E Supports Dog Park at Banneker Park with Unanimous Vote At its April 23 meeting, Advisory Neighborhood Commission 1E unanimously supported a proposal for a new dog park at Banneker Park, designating 6,100 square feet for off-leash use. The resolution urges the Department of Parks and Recreation to expedite approval, highlighting community benefits and ongoing local support for the project.
