9/7 (Postscript 2) ...the civility epidemic now even has affected the courts in the US. Unbelievable! They now want me mentally evaluated for trying to speak at #APA2025 and defending my rights! There is no civilty clause in the US constitution!

#APA2025 by @apajournals.bsky.social & @apastyle.bsky.social concluded yesterday—without me, after I was arrested, banned, and barred from traveling without a hearing, against the bylaws.

Quo vadis, psychology?

🧠 Another great #APA2025 Convention in the books! Excited to have Christy Blackmon-Hollander present our #NSF funded work on computer science education and how to help people learn more effectively! Research: it makes our country stronger! 💪

What APA (@apajournals.bsky.social , @apastyle.bsky.social) / SIOP did to me is indefensible—a new low. Arresting critics in defiance of ethical principles & bylaws is never justified. False claims? Even worse—purely unethical, APA! #APA2025 #SIOP2025

We had a Gr8 Night at APF’s L8 Night! 💫 A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to wrap up #APA2025 the best way possible - with ice cream, dancing, and celebrating psychology & philanthropy together! Your energy made the night unforgettable. 🕺

I was genuinely impressed by how accessible #APA2025 was! Main stage events had closed captioning during presentations, every poster board had a chair at it, and there were dedicated quiet, well-being, and prayer/meditation rooms. Other conferences should absolutely take note! ✍️

This will go down as one of the highlights of my career. I was invited to be in a panel on the importance of advocacy #APA2025. The session featured Bryan Stevenson of the Equal Justice Initiative as keynote speaker who inspired and brought us to tears. “hopelessness is the opposite of justice” 🙏🙌👏
