#ARNS25 reasonable adjustments in respiratory care - Sharon stothard - there is a whole vulnerable population who are ignored because they don’t quite fit the perfect pathway criteria - many don’t have knowledgeable advocates to help them navigate and slip through the system

#ARNS25 - there has been a lovely underlying theme so far around health literacy, so important that patient conversations are pitched ‘without those big difficult words’ to get patient engagement and good patient outcomes - even writing a few key points or using an image to reinforce your words
