Today we went to Hampstead Heath. It was nice to see my children with their cousins (and to chat with them all myself, as well as the other adults) as we managed to walk for a long way. The whole journey there and back was good. #AbleApril #Day4
Today I was introduced to a new game, Flip Seven. We had (I think) 13 people playing and I won! A game that I’d definitely like to play again. Kind of like pontoon, but also completely different. #AbleApril #Day3
Today (officially yesterday) I was on the go all day. Including running for a second day in a row, even when something came up which made me think I should leave it. #AbleApril #Day2
Today I went for a run. Another time after a gap, of a week and a half. Despite it being hard at first, I’m so glad to pick it up & manage it. I felt good afterwards. #AbleApril
