Vanochtend zijn de eerste 27 parachutisten vertrokken richting Wolfheze voor de herdenkingen. Daarna voerde de C-47 ook nog een vlucht uit naar Nuenen. Vandaag worden nog 2 vluchten om ๐ญ๐ญ:๐ฐ๐ฑ ๐ฒ๐ป ๐ญ๐ฎ:๐ฏ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฟ verwacht.

Een Douglas C47 Skytrain uit het Verenigd Koninkrijk landde gisteren op Teuge, na een tussenstop op Lelystad Airport. De komende dagen vliegt zij boven Gelderland, waaronder zaterdag bij de herdenking van de luchtlandingen op de Ginkelse Heide. ๐

TD314 was built at Castle Bromwich in late 1944. Allocated to 183 (Gold Coast) Squadron in June 1945 she moved to 234 (Madras Presidency) Squadron in July 1945. Today she flys in 234 Squadron colours with codes of FX-P.
