Ethiopias President Abiy Ahmed Ali gave an inspirational speach at the #AfricanClimateSummit: He did not complain about climate change damages on the continent. And he invited others not to donate but to invest in climate action in Africa. This should also be the spirit discussing our EU #NDC!
