The costume contest winners - Itri & Iivaa Honeyroot (Malboro), a couple wearing complementary-but-not-matching spooky circus costumes in vintage tones of black, orange, brown, and beige. Itri is a female Miqo'te with light skin and blonde tips in their short feathery brown hair. Itri wears Werewolf Head, Fuath Swallowtail, Night of Devilry Fingerless Gloves, Wake Doctor's Bottoms, Werewolf Legs, and accessories including an Eternity Ring and Slim Frame Glasses. Iivaa is a female Viera with pale skin and two-tone long brown hair that appears striped. Iivaa wears the Minmisle Top Hat, Clown's Top, Claws of the Beast, Valentione Emissary's Culottes, No. 2 Type B Boots, and matching Eternity Ring and Slime Frame Glasses.
The runner-up, Babycorn Corn (Siren) cosplaying Sly Cooper, posing next to judge Victor Quibbles (Brynhildr), framed by an instant camera photo border. Babycorn Corn is a female Lalafell wearing, mostly in blue with yellow accents, an Appointed Cap, Coeurl Eyeglasses, Donut Earring, Turali Trader's Shirt, Gleaner's Work Gloves, Collegiate Skirt, Critical Hit B-2 Tour Longboots, and Neo Kingdom Twinfangs. Victor Quibbles is a male Miqo'te wearing a white, black, and red witchy outfit, composed of a Witch's Hat, Witch's Coatee, No. 2 Type B Gloves, Felt Breeches, and Patrician's Gaiters.

If you look closely, you can see Rana'kar peeking thru the open beak of the chocobo head!
