Allman Brothers Band’s co-founder, the late Dickey Betts, will be honored in his home state of Florida with a memorial highway through his hometown. A stretch of Highway 41 near Dickey’s longtime hometown of Osprey has been designated the Dickey Betts Memorial Highway.
