My first alocasias are settled into a semi-hydro set-up using LECA as the substrate medium. I am really enjoying seeing how they are doing - the dragon scale is unfurling a new leaf and already looks to have a new growth point on it.

Did you guys know #alocasias can physically jump? Totally true! It’s a rare occurrence, but this one basically leaped into my cart at the grocery store 👀 it got a good wipe down and a dino for good measure.
