My luxurious cabin on Mozart deck on the #AmadeusImperial for my #RhineRiverCruise with #AHI hosting the #TravelingAggies. The window rolled down to better watch the quaint towns & castles & see the ship roll thru the locks.

Delicate flaky trout sliced over creamed spinach with square shaped potatoes under a sprig of parsley, drizzled in a buttery sauce.

Charcuterie plate of cheeses, foie gras, pate, rolls of meats & sausages under sprigs of greens. Served with crusty white bread & white wine.

Apple tartlet pastry with a small scoop of ice cream on top, dusted with white powdered sugar & drizzled with stripes of a rich brown carmel sauce across the plate.

Creamy polenta in a rich brown sauce, served with roasted sliced goose meat & thinly cut greens & vegetables.

Fantastic food onboard the #AmadeusImperial #AHI #TravelingAggies on the RhineRiver to see the Christmas Markets in Europe. We tracked our steps over 9 days, includ travel days. 44.5 miles total. I ate everything but in the end, I lost a few pounds. Top notch food, wine & pampered treatment.
