Sadly they're right. Labour's making a serious effort to close the #DeliveryGap, but the #AmbitionGap remains—Labour's working to the same targets.

Under the last Gov, the focus was on the #DeliveryGap.
Ed Miliband seems committed to closing it.
But that's not enough.
It's time to talk about the #AmbitionGap. Labour is still tied to the last Gov's outdated targets, which are not consistent with limiting warming to 1.5°C—or anything close.
The IPCC's carbon budgets are on the level. But the IPCC's pathways are nonsense, reliant on huge amounts of negative emissions, thanks to lobbying.
That's why the CAN Bill is driven by the IPCC carbon budget for 1.5° (67% chance).
