(Book review) An Imperfect Perfect Pair I like Laura Carver and her skepticism about the two brothers, Tyler and Brandon, that she's falling for, and I can't fault her for thinking they aren't altruistic in their desires. They are considered a "perfect pair," and she doesn't feel that she can match up against their past conquests. These are feelings many can relate to, including me. 'She was nothing like the woman I had expected, let alone what I normally was attracted to. Physically, she wasn’t thin or dressed to impress, and I could see the keen intelligence in her eyes. She wouldn’t be easy to talk around to my way of things. Not at all.' -- Brandon I didn't always like the guys, and Laura wasn't perfect, but I did like the book. Her sister is a bit much and a bit typical for her age. I really like the setup for the next book. It looks really good. I read along with the audio book. The narrator, Olivia Wright, is new to me, and I liked her. Story: 3.5 stars Narration: 3.5 stars Listening Speed: 1.8x H1-2 = 32; h = 27
