Track 273 of 400: “ME MYSELF AND I” by Joan Armatrading
This title track from the singer-songwriter's 6th album gave the Caribbean-born #Armatrading her first UK Top 20 hit since the astonishing textures of “Love and Affection” in late 1976. Its stripped, abrasive guitar sound was quite a surprise.
