After a cyclist went through a red light, the driver of the #ArrivaNorthWest 86 bus service I was on, had to slam the brakes on. Fortunately none of passengers was injured. With e-scooters & cyclists on the pavements etc, there are no longer any rules on #Liverpool’s roads.
