yesterday the wastewater dump from Integritiy didn't work, probably due to ice on the vent.

In star trek, they would have cleared the vent using the phaser from a shuttle on a very low setting. But they wouldn't dump wastewater anyway. I mean hey, it's matter, the replicaters can use it […]

This is the number of times the Artemis 2 crew have joked

"So, do you think He's kicked off World War 3 yet?"

Wow!

#ArtemisII

Ik vraag: "waar starten ze eigenlijk?"
Mijn vrouw zegt: "in Florida"

Kijken we allebei naar een andere stream.

Flight day 4. Well over halfway now. I’ve spent so long interviewing NASA’s people, past and present, from Apollo to Shuttle and now Artemis, trying to understand how they do what they do. I’ve always found them to be an impressive team. But this, this is just mesmerising! #Artemis #Artemis2 #NASA

NASA'dan 54 yıl arayla büyüleyen Dünya paylaşımı Uzay yolculuğunda tarihi randevu! NASA, 1972'deki Apollo 17 mürettebatının çektiği ikonik Dünya fotoğrafı ile dün Artemis 2 ekibi tarafından kaydedilen yeni kareyi paylaştı. Not bad for a 10-year-old camera. The Nikon D5 shot Hello World is the first human photo of Earth as a whole sphere since the Blue Marble in 1972. Here's how the two iconic images compare and how they were shot. buff.ly/vPZl8k2

#Artemis2 🚀Ils sont désormais plus proches de la Lune !
Les quatre astronautes sont en ce moment à environ 230 000 km de nous.
29 000 km/h, 384 400 km entre la Terre et la Lune.
Emerveillement !

If you have been tuning in to the Artemis II live coverage: is the lady giving out explainers there an AI voice? 🤔

No matter when I tune in, it's _always_ the same voice. She can't possibly be there 24/7, especially 'cuz I'm in the EU, our timezones are not synched.

Her tone is always the same […]

Spaceship Earth - NASA art002e008487 (April 4, 2026) - NASA astronaut and Artemis II mission specialist Christina Koch peers out of one of the Orion spacecraft's main cabin windows, looking back at Earth, as the crew travel...

I don't know what it is about this photo in specific, but I have tears in my eyes. #Artemis2 #NASA #TheRealAmerica

#artemis2

Absolutely loving all the Live #NASA #Artemis2 coverage, with all the crosses to the crew.

This is absolutely uplifting and the opposite of doomscrolling. Bring on the #DarkSideOfTheMoon

May their mission complete successfully and safely.

Canadian media are asking Qs to the crew of Artemis II right now.

Astronaut Jeremy Hansen is answering quite a few in French.

Aww, something lovely about watching the astronauts take questions in space from kids wanting to know what they eat and how many stars they can see. They're great at this kind of thing and can imagine them inspiring a million 9 year olds 😃🚀 #Artemis2

A diagram of Atremis 2 on day 3 of the mission, showing it's real time position in relation to the Earth, and it's destination, The Moon. The projected path of the Orion mission is in light blue. It goes to the location the moon will be at in a few days time, where it will orbit it.

I see this graphic kicking around from NASA. And I can hear it already.
'Why isn't it going where The Moon is?'
It is going to where The Moon WILL BE. They're meeting at that point. The Moon is moving. If they aimed at The Moon, it wouldn't stay in that spot.
Make sense?

Artemis crew seeing "intermittent blizzards".

Every once in awhile they hear a thud in the spacecraft, followed by a little plume of snowflakes.
