Two panel comic for Hetalia ヘタリア (Axis Powers or World Stars, does it really matter anymore?). We've got England (イギリス) aka Arthur Kirkland (アーサー・カークランド) and Japan (日本) aka Honda Kiku (本田菊) taking Pochi (ポチ) for a walk. Pochi is a good talk walking along on his own while Japan and England walk holding hands. Because they're living their best Asakiku lives as a cute couple. In panel one, an unseen voice shouts "Hey! You need a Leash for that dog!" much to the confusion of England, Japan, and little Pochi who is quite fine without a leash. In panel two, Japan responds to the voice by going "Ah, If you insist--" and getting out a leash for his dog. Except by dog he doesn't mean Pochi because Pochi's a good boy. No, he's clinking that leash on England's collar since obviously he's the dog in need of a leash. Unseen voice clarifies"THE SHIBA!" but Pochi is a bit offended. We all know who needs the leash more (it's England). It's okay, he's into that. Immensely.

A three-panel Hetalia comic. The first panel opens with Japan as the focus and two smaller heads of his friends, North Italy and Germany. Japan is remarking on the difficulty of keeping appearances in the workplace while in a relationship. "It's so sad, we must act PROFESSIONAL so we cannot act like a COUPLE." says Japan. North Italy concurs with a "Ve, ve, so sad..." whilst Germany notes "Well, ja, but it isn't THAT strict...". Panel two switches focus to England in focus, with France and America presented similarly as smaller heads. "We must be so stoic for the sake of NORMS and DEOCRUM despite our FEELINGS" laments England. France remarks "I think you're being MELODRAMATIC." as America comments "No one cares if you HOLD HANDS." The third panel shows the two woefully tradition-bound island boyfriends swooning. "It's CRUEL" Japan says. "It's INHUMANE" England says. They each have a hand near one another but pointedly are not holding hands, as they assume it improper for the setting. Meanwhile, North Italy, Germany, France, and America stand in the background, all shouting in unison "SHUT UP!" because they cannot take this bullshit. Really, it is a marvel when the only two people who assume there are these strict workplace boundaries end up in a relationship and make their own obtuse interpretations of propriety everyone ELSE'S issue. Actually, this might be more obnoxious than overt PDA...

Tragic: The only two who care about workplace appearances assume they can't act like they're in a relationship and make this everyone else's issue!

Step one of the English Kabedon, as exhibited by England's representative Arthur Kirkland, is to approach with confidence, which he does to the swoon of Japan's representative Honda Kiku. Step two is... ??? Arthur doesn't know! He didn't think this through! There's a cute boy right there! Oh no! Step three at first appears to be 'fail at close range' but it turns out that having a blushing meltdown is actually key, as the true step three is to win him over by making him laugh! Another smashing success! Also they're in the Hetalia Gakuen outfits because maybe this is at W Academy or maybe this is just dress up. Who is to say. I remember when Hetalia Gakuen was a cancelled dating sim that used Hima's original art.

Just because a guy's got 10 centimetres on you doesn't mean you can't wow him with a slick kabedon! For those concerned about being shorter, the Double Kabedon is always an option, exhibited when Japan's representative Honda Kiku wows England's representative Arthur Kirkland with a bang with the arm and a bang with the leg. Wow! It's so effective! Too effective actually! Tsunderes are delicate creatures! Arthur goes down faster than the London Bridge! Kiku does then promise that he will not use such overwhelming tactics in the future, though he doesn't say he was just trying too hard because he's short. Which is fair, since Arthur is still far too overheated to mention that he was into that like WHOA. The kabedon is a dangerous but impactful tactic to getting a boy into you! Yes, we're still wearing the Gakuen outfits. Didn't you catch that from the first part? Oh well!

Some say the English Kabedon is proof of failing up. Others say the Double Kabedon is a evidence of melting down. Everyone says these two really need to knock it off and get a room already.

It's Japan (Honda Kiku) and England (Arthur Kirkland) from Hetalia! They're such a cute couple! They're going for a walk wearing some stylish clothes. Kiku has some pastel kawaii fashion complete with a cute cat shirt and a nice skirt. England is going for edgy with some punk chic including a leather jacket and a kilt. Wow! They both have on collars and leashes. Arthur holds the leash on Kiku very loosely and holds it up very delicately. Kiku holds the leash on Arthur wrapped tight and short, partly so he can take a picture of them on the digital camera, and partly because that's just how he holds it. Look, they're even in the screen on the camera! They really are the weirdest couple you know doing the most normal thing they can think of.

Japan and England show off the leashes, revealing they are the same length! Dialogue is as follows England: They [the leashes] are actually the same length! Japan: We just have different preferences! Notes around England include "Prefers it [the leash] held SHORT", "Keeps his [Kiku's] LOOSE" and, crossed out, "Service Dog Notes around Japan include "Likes it [the leash] held LONG", "Holds his [Arthur's] TIGHT" and, crossed out, "Feral Cat"

Comic expanding on adventures. England asks Japan if the blond is temporary or not. Japan assures him that it should wash out soon. Unfortunately it does not wash out before the next G7 meeting, with America drawing attention to this. Everyone comments. It turns out Prussia dyed Japan's hair and his hair dye is just too awesome to wash out overnight. Japan is not happy.
