I don't know a single child who gets 3 hours of movement a day! I see it as a result of 2 myths: 1. Earlier is better. (Meaning more academics/more sitting.) 2. The mind & the body are separate. (Baloney. All the research shows they're interdependent.) #AskingWhatIf #WhyPlay
