I have been really struggling with executive function since the big bad burnout four years ago this month. At 60, most sane MDs are not willing to start me on stimulants to deal with ADHD symptoms, because it might actually be other stuff. So we’re trying Wellbutrin. So far 👍

Asperger’s entered the DSM IV in 1994. Prior to that, if you were able to communicate verbally well enough and function academically well enough, you *could not* receive a diagnosis.
GenX and Boomer #AutisticElders are mainly undiagnosed, survived, and our progeny hate us for it.

I emptied my study room, to redecorate. All my books & a chaos of 'stuff'. I'm going through every box, before re-shelving, getting rid of what I won't use again. I'm being ruthless. The process is cathartic. The room is peaceful now, & I can breathe better in there.
