I just took the 30 min Jason Universe Ride with Camila Ramón Taken by airjoshb on the Peloton Bike. Give it all with live & on-demand studio classes with world class instructors, right from home.

I took a spin around Crystal Lake 🔪 this morning on my Peloton. This was the most fun workout I’ve ever done. Great story, disappearing riders, a sprint through the forest. 🔥💯

Training for Surgery | Step One After twelve weeks of intensive marathon training, I was in the best shape of my life. I had been training knowing full well that I was going to be needing a surgical intervention. In just eight days ...

I expanded on my thread about the impact of training & surgery on my fitness. In some ways, the losses from my hospital stay were bigger than I had anticipated, but so were the benefits.
