Ingredients for Sunday’s mug cake
1 tbsp Raisins (sultanas or dark)
1½ tbsp Spiced Rum
1 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp All-purpose flour
1½ tbsp Sugar (granulated or brown)
1/4 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Lemon or Orange zest
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tbsp Milk
Pinch of Nutmeg or Cinnamon

4 tbsp milk
2 tbsp oil
Microwave 1 min or bake/steam for 15 min at 180°C/356°F

Optional: 2 tsp cocoa powder (to dust on top at the end for that Tiramisu look)

Mix swirl ingredients. Drop it on top and swirl lightly with a toothpick
