Referee Reaper Referim (Dark/Spirit) -> Refereap (Dark/Spirit) -> Refereaper (Dark/Spirit) While normally found in graveyards and ruins, they can rarely be found all across the region due to being scavengers. This is due to their very unique diet that very few other Avauras have: spent Aspectral energy. They search for Avauras battling and act as a referee. Having a strong sense of honor and following the rules of battle, they ensure the battles they watch have no rule-breaking. The scythes they wield can be easily swapped between a sharp blade for battles and fabric-like flag(s) for deciding the winner of a battle.

It's spooky month, so it's time for a spooky Avaura: the Referee Reaper. They're scavengers that absorb the Aspectral energy expended from Avauras battling as food. Their scythes can swap between blade and flag(s) whenever they want.

Species Name: Heat Eater Base stage SIzzline (Fire) evolves into mid stage Puplare (Fire/Dark) evolves into final stage Skeetercoil (Fire/Dark) "Primarily found in volcanic areas, their diet consists mainly of heat from objects and especially other living things. They're quite stealthy and only need to touch their proboscis against their target to start draining heat. Only the drop in boyd temperature is all that's felt."

Here's a unique species: the Heat Eater. They are based on mosquitos and mosquito coils. Unlike actual mosquito's, they don't penetrate skin to get their food: heat from other things, especially other living things.

Avaura Species: Fissure Legume Base stage Goobergume (Nature/Terra) evolves into mid stage Nugume (Nature/Terra) evolves into Legsure (Nature/Terra). "They are able to create localized earthquakes. Oddly, these earthquakes never seem to negatively affect plants."

Here is the Fissure Legume. They live in forests and can create earthquakes by slamming their root arms onto the ground. They're based on peanuts.
