🇨🇦 The opposing lawyer in my case and #RegistryStaff drafted documents showing that they were aware that the judge had mis-spoken during his Orders. But I only learned of this a year later after several appearances before the same judge. 🤔

🇨🇦 An Associate Judge got around the terms of a judicial order by stating that a judge "must have mis-spoken" when he made an order per the court transcript. Now, I have to ask the ruling judge if this is true😝.
I'm not a lawyer and this is exceedingly unjust.

🇨🇦 It seems that the terms of court orders only apply when the lawyers involved feel like following them. If the lawyer doesn't like the terms, they can just make up something different and bully people like me by denying what transcripts show.

🇨🇦 The Lawyer pressured me to sign significantly altered orders for months, then sent an oops email when I went back to court. Now, he's claiming the judge mis-spoke. None of this is in court transcripts. #BCLawSociety says this is all good 😡. How can anyone trust courts?

The #Lawyer who was directed to draft the judicial orders significantly altered the Orders to benefit his clients and claimed that the #Judge mis-spoke at one time and changed his mind at another. I'm back before the ordering judge on November 18 about this.

🇨🇦 Hiding the truth is very difficult even for professional liars with huge support teams. I'm dealing with a lawyer who lies so frequently that he forgot that his client's affidavit refuted what he was telling the court. Truth is easy. It always supports itself without effort.

🇨🇦 I'm in court with relatives who stole a ranch from me, that I inherited 30 years ago. Their lawyer continuously falsifies court orders the #BCLawSociety says this is fine. It seems that constant lying is the rule rather than the exception for BC lawyers and #Trump.
