The text on the right reads: Learn More About our BIN Seminar Speaker! Dr. Jasmine Hope received her PhD in Neuroscience from Emory University in 2022. She currently studies the underlying neuropathophysiological mechanisms of gait control in persons with stroke but has a background in nonhuman primate cognition and genetics. She is a current Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Emory School of Medicine and teaches at Emory College. Outside of her research, she is a community leader in the west side of Atlanta as she serves as a Neighborhood Planning Unit Chair and a Board Member of her neighborhood association. As she continues her research, she will begin teaching next year at Spelman College and has a strong interest in continued mentorship of students with diverse backgrounds
