BORTAC is a paramilitary unit for border, immigration, and counter-terror operations—not local policing. Legally they can act within 100 miles of borders, under federal task forces, or for federal crimes—but using them against civilians in cities is a gray zone. Know your rights. #BORTAC #DHS
