I do not have a #TelephoneAccount only Broadband I've received 21 Messages from #BTBroadband & the only Instructions i have received is FAULT or REFRESH & that's the sum total of their £31.99 p/m it's a damn disgrace & it's going to continue until I get improved service?

I've been without my Television,all Channels have interference & my Broadband problems twice in 2 months but in reality it's a month.
If nobody from #BTBroadband actually telephones me today 03/02/2026 then as a Customer who by their own accord I don't have an Account then my #DD gets stopped!

Impossible, I challenge someone to telephone #BTBroadband & get talking to an actual Person, if you manage it in the #UK then you are a better man than I am #GungaDin

Trying to speak to an actual #HumanBeing when contacting them is impossible, an #AutomatedService that sends you nowhere. It's a disgrace & @£31.99 it really is a very poor Service!! #BTBroadband

Folk usually cut their Nose off to spite their Face, well meet 1 such oaf right here, I do it often & I think I shall boycott #BTBroadband for the remaining 22 months/26 days, I don't have much else to do but Post 1 or 2 a day reminding them how awful they've been! #AVeryBadConnection

Wow, you pay a Monthly fee for #BTBroadband & the tic there's an issue it's pushed back 4 days.
You can't even speak to an actual #HumanBeing with this Company that's making a damn fortune from us.

Well, this is awesome. #BTBroadband won't accept a complaint online. I have to post them a letter.

And I bet that they aren't even embarrassed about that.

Anyone got shitty internet with BT today in the UK? Sometimes I miss being able to check trending hashtags on Twitter for things like this.
