Sweet high notes. Like a white wine compared to red. More salinity. Is the theme I dependantly bottle whiskies of some sort. With no distillery names allowed?

Spicy! ABV and pepper. Long and sweet toffee finish. Little peat on the palate. Did I imagine this? Still some puttyness a coastal or island whisky?

Another early peat arrival? I’m a this now a thing. Smells delicious. Sherry sweet, Persia. Kebab shop smoke. Some salinity. As I ponder that I get some kilkerran pettiness. A longrow perhaps?

5R: water adds funk to the nose, with plasticine, mothballs and rotting grass. Palate is sweeter with more honey and a cinnamon latte, but still has a very drying lolly stick finish

#BlindDrams #BTC56 Dram 5 is a very light gold in colour with maybe a slight pink blush. Appears quite viscous in the glass with legs slowly becoming apparent. Some acetone notes lead into green and fresh fruit with a hint of smoke
